Chapter 16 – COLIN LOSES THE HOUSE

Not legally.

Emotionally.

Our marital home was jointly owned.

Dad did not throw him into the street.

I requested temporary exclusive occupancy in the apartment instead of the house.

Colin remained at the townhouse initially after Marcia returned to her own residence.

Then he chose to rent somewhere smaller because every room reminded him of the case.

No property confiscation.

No Bellafonte seizure.

No revenge.

The house remained an asset to address through divorce if we reached that point.

We did.

But not yet.
